Limitations:
  1. Fatigue score must be 4+.
  2. HT score must be 3+.
  3. Move score must be 1+.
Caveats:
  1. HT scores of 17+ are treated the same as a HT score of 16 for the purposes of HT checks for Fatigue, because of the way GURPS handles die rolls of 17 and 18.
  2. Calculations are done at an assumed Encumbrance of 0.
  3. Calculations do properly take into account that at HT 2-3 Move is halved due to exhaustion.
  4. Calculation stops when Fatigue loss due to failed HT checks reduces Fatigue to 1, which is where a character can no longer move due to exhaustion.
