If you are having trouble getting traits, other than basic statistics, to display on the GMCS, try the following:
Check the GCA program options, Editor Options section, and make sure that both the Use Simple Edit window and Allow marking items for the GM control sheet on Simple Edit options are checked.
Edit the traits (Simple Edit only) that you wish to display in the GMCS and check the Include on GM Sheet checkbox. You will have to do this for each trait on each character.
Alternatively, if you're comfortable creating GDFs, you can create a GDF which merges the tag/value "gms(yes)" into each trait that you wish to track; this can save you a lot of time if you routinely use the GM Control Sheet (seen in this thread).

If your copy of GCA isn't at least version 4.0.320 you'll need to go to the GURPS® Character Assistant Update Page to get and install the latest program and data updates before being able to use this sheet.
Save GMCS to your GCA sheets directory (default: Documents\GURPS Character Assistant 4\sheets\).
Tweaks to the wound and usage record checkboxes to reduce clutter:
If enabled, basic breakpoint charts will now print once at the top of the first page of the checkbox section, and per-checkbox charts will only print when they differ from the basic charts.
FP and SP checkbox areas have been made more compact.
